Cindy's primary responsibility for Cardinal is Manager Research and secondary responsibility is Client Service.

Cindy joined the Cardinal team from Summit Strategies where she served several Pension Plans as Senior Vice President. Prior to Summit Strategies Cindy spent fourteen years with SEI Capital Resources as primary consultant to Pension Plans, Endowments, and Foundations located in the Texas and Oklahoma region. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Lutheran Church Missouri-Synod Foundation.

Cindy holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of North Texas.

Cindy enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, aerobics, water skiing, snow skiing, and various volunteer activities in her church and children's school.
